We use top-end plate rolling equipment to fit your dimensional specifications that include:
Linmac Roller
All pieces must be pre-broke before rolling to a complete circle. All pieces must not be more than 60” long. Pieces cannot be thicker than 0.250 of an inch.

10 gauge ID is 8.5 inches

Roller #1 (Big Bertha)
Capable of rolling flat material from 14 gauge to ½” mild steel in the following dimensions:

14 gauge to 10 gauge – minimum 14” outside diameter (up to 8’ long)

3/16” to ¼” plate – minimum 14” outside diameter (up to 6’ long)
-
3/8” to ½” plate – minimum 14” outside diameter (up to 2’ long)
*Some small diameter ¼” , and all 3/8” and ½” plate: Pre-braking required*
Capable of rolling structural square tubing up to 1-1/2” outside diameter (minimum wall thickness of .083”) to a minimum outside diameter of 24” as well as rolling Rebar into circles with a minimum of 5” inside diameter.
Roller #2 (Davi Rolls)
Capable of rolling flat material from 20 gauge to 3/8” mild steel in the following dimensions:

20 gauge to 14 gauge – minimum 14” outside diameter (up to 10 foot long)

12 gauge to 1/8” sheet – minimum 12” outside diameter (up to 10 foot long)
-
3/16” to ¼” plate – minimum 15” outside diameter (up to 8 foot long)

5/16” plate – minimum 30” outside diameter (up to 6 foot long)

3/8” plate – minimum 36” outside diameter (up to 4 foot long)
Some small diameter ¼”, and all 3/8” plate: Pre-braking required
